Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes, our MOQ is $500 for a opening order.

Do you sell retail?

No. We are a wholesale/distributor selling to businesses, schools, & organizations. We do not sell retail. If you are a retail customer, please see the link on our homepage for a listing of our retail partners.

Do you drop ship?

No. At this time we do not drop ship.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Outside of the USA we only ship to Canada. Customer is responsible for all Customs and Duty charges on Canadian Shipments. Canadian orders must be paid in US Dollars.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS and via Truck lines for larger shipments. We are also able to ship via your own carrier with account number provided

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order via e-mail at Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All items are brand new merchandise and are free from manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect that makes the product unusable we will repair or replace the item at our option. We will need to know within 72 hours of receiving the order. If an order is refused at delivery or an incorrect address is given, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping is not refundable.

If an item Is out of stock, when will It be back In stock?

Due to the seasonal nature of the Halloween business, usually an out of stock item will not be back in until the following season. Order early for the best selection from Seasons USA, Inc.! All items are for sale year round, however, most items that are out of stock generally will not be available until the following Halloween season.
